Refund Policy
How subscription cancellation, store-managed refunds, duplicate charges and entitlement changes are handled.
1. Purchase terms
The purchase screen shows price, currency, billing period, renewal, trial and included benefits. Those terms control the transaction subject to non-waivable consumer law.
2. Apple App Store
Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund eligibility. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Silarah cannot issue an Apple refund directly. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period.
3. Google Play
Use Google Play order history or Google Play Help to cancel or request a refund. Where platform controls permit, Silarah support may review and submit a Google Play refund-and-revoke action, but approval and timing remain subject to Google’s rules and applicable law.
4. Fair review
A refund is not automatically due because you did not find a match, changed your mind, did not use the service, were incompatible with another member or lost access for a policy violation. Relevant cases include unauthorized or duplicate charges, material failure to deliver purchased functionality, misleading purchase information and statutory consumer rights. We may request order ID, platform and charge date—never full card details.
5. Cancellation, deletion and access
Deleting the app, pausing a profile or deleting a Silarah account does not cancel store billing. Cancel through the store before renewal. A granted refund may immediately revoke Premium. Cancellation without refund normally leaves access until the paid period ends.
6. Trials and renewal
Any offered trial shows its duration and conversion price before purchase and ordinarily becomes a paid auto-renewing subscription unless cancelled before the displayed deadline. Store settings are authoritative.
7. Billing support
Email support@silarah.com with the Silarah account email, store, order ID and charge date. Store review and bank settlement times are outside our control. This Policy does not limit statutory rights.
